What a brave, beautifully healing share. Sorry you went through this. The yoga/MLM/spirituality/coaching world can be very, very weird place as well as a slippery slope to really unhealthy (dare I say, ‘cult-y) dynamics. I hope you have fully crossed that bridge and are now feeling more fulfilled.
